Engineered gravel base

6″–12″ of compacted 3/4″ clear crushed stone with woven geotextile, compacted in 2″ lifts. This is the part you never see — and the part that decides how long the surface lasts.

Polymeric sand joints

Techniseal HP polymeric sand vibrated into every joint. Locks the stones together, resists weeds and ants, and stays flexible through freeze-thaw.

Certified installer

Authorized installer for Unilock, Techo-Bloc, and Permacon. Full manufacturer warranties transfer with the project.
