  • The Basic Plan
  • The Premium Plan
  • VIP Plan

11.1. Interlocking Services
Basic Plan:
In this plan, we provide basic project estimation
Includes free interlocking stone adjustment subject to below marked exclusive conditions.
Under this plan, we normally charge 173 Canadian Dollar but we offer this time a discount of 0 Canadian dollars.

Exclusive conditions:

  • It applies to one square foot free of charge interlocking stone adjustment with no additional revision.
  • It is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves.

Premium Plan:
It contains 100 Square Feet (SF) in total with 1 Square Foot (SF) free.
This plan helps you find quality materials.
It includes design assistance.
During Design assistance, one (1) revision shall be included.
This plan provides one (1) year guarantee period, it is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves.
This plan provides 50% off on each project you do with us.
VIP Plan:
It includes 1000 Square Feet (SF) in total with 20 Square Feet (SF) free.
This plan helps you find quality materials.
It includes design assistance.
It includes Sketch design.
During design assistance, three (3) revisions shall be included.
This plan provides three (2) year guarantee period, it is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves.
This plan provides 60% off on each project you do with us.
11.2 Landscaping
Basic Plan:
It includes free grass adjustment subject to below marked exclusive conditions.
Under this plan, we normally charge 153 Canadian Dollar but we offer this time a discount of 0 Canadian dollars.
Exclusive conditions:

  • 10 square feet free:
  • It is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves

Premium Plan:
It contains 1000 Square Feet (SF) in total with 10 Square Feet (SF) free.
This plan helps you find quality materials.
In this plan, grass will be included.
It includes design assistance.
During Design assistance, one (1) revision shall be included.
This plan provides three (3) month guarantee period, it is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves

This plan provides 50% off on each project you do with us.
VIP Plan:

It includes 10000 Square Feet (SF) in total with 15 Square Feet (SF) free.
This plan helps you find quality materials.
In this plan, grass will be included.
It includes design assistance.
It includes Sketch design.
During design assistance, three (3) revisions shall be included.

  • This plan provides three (4) month guarantee period, it is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves

This plan provides 70% off on each project you do with us.
11.3 Painting
Basic Plan:
This plan includes one (1) room free paint plaster subject to below marked exclusive conditions.
Under this plan, we normally charge 123 Canadian Dollar but we offer this time a discount of 0 Canadian dollars.
Exclusive conditions:

  • 36 meters square room free plaster
  • It is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves
  • It has no revisions.

Premium Plan:
This plan includes Full House paint.
Exclusive conditions:

  • No more than 800 Square Feet (SF) property
  • It is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves
  • Only cleaning the junk made by our after work painting

This plan includes free plaster.
It includes free junk removal.
This plan helps you find quality materials.
It includes one (1) revision.
This plan provides six (6) month guarantee period.
This plan includes service charges at $1,999
VIP Plan:
This plan includes Full House paint.
Exclusive conditions:

  • No more than 2000 Square Feet (SF)
  • It is exclusive of force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves
  • Only cleaning the junk made by our after work paintingThis plan includes free plaster.

It includes free junk removal.
This plan helps you find free quality paint.
This plan includes color designing
Three (3) revisions shall be included.
This plan provides eight (8) month guarantee period.
This plan includes service charges at $4,999
11.4 Junk Removal
Basic Plan:
This plan includes project estimation.
It has no revision.
Under this plan, we normally charge 85 Canadian Dollar but we offer this time a discount of $0

Premium Plan:
This plan includes One Bin (14 yards).
Exclusive conditions:

  • No more than 14-yard bin and it’s for one bin.
  • Excluding force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves

It includes removing extra junk at a 30% discount rate.
One (1) revision shall be included.
Job guaranteed.
This plan includes service charges at $599.
VIP Plan:
This plan includes One Bin (24 yards).
Exclusive conditions:

  • No more than a 24-yard bin and it’s for one bin.
  • Excluding force majeure or any other damages due to customers themselves

It includes removing extra junk at a 50% discount rate.
Two (2) revision shall be included.
Job guaranteed.
This plan includes service charges at $998.

  • Refund Policy

Thanks for visiting our website www.fixland.ca operated by Fix Land. If a user of our services of this website is dissatisfied with the services we provide on this platform such a user can cancel an order within 24 hours of making payment. The User must inform Fix Land of his/her intention to discontinue the use of our service and the genuine reasons proving the failure at the part of Fix Land, for the discontinuance.
Such a User may be satisfied by the delivery of other Fix Land service for a discount or free of any charges or by providing some other bonuses as agreed by the parties.
If satisfied by the genuineness of the complaint, Fix Land may refund the user within 30 days of the notice of discontinuance.

  • After Termination of Users Account

After the completion of a project, a User can give instructions to Fix Land to delete all his/her personal information from the www.fixland.ca system within 35 days. Fix Land will comply with the instruction and delete the User’s personal information.
The User and Fix Land are agreeable that these clauses in these Terms and Conditions will survive the termination of the users’ accounts on this website.

  • Disclaimer

ix Land shall neither be liable for failure to perform nor deemed to have committed a breach under these Terms and Conditions for any delay or failure in performance as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to failure of performance by other party, acts of state or Governmental authorities, acts of war, the act of terrorism, natural catastrophe, earthquake, flood, storm, insurrection, civil disturbance, embargo, riot, blockade or power failure.
Users of this website agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fix Land, its associates, and agent against all claims, losses, liabilities the user may suffer arising out of (a) a breach of these Terms and Conditions ; (b) or any breach of warranty and covenant by the user.

  • Dispute

In the event, there is a dispute between parties in connection to these Terms and Conditions. The parties will try to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If both parties fail to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time frame, then the matter would be submitted for mediation by the statutory rules of mediation in Toronto Canada.
If Mediation is unsuccessful or unavailable in resolving the dispute, all outstanding issues will be submitted to a final arbitration by the appropriate Laws. The decision of the Arbitration is final and the judgment would be entered upon by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction in Toronto Canada.

  • Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

  • Severability

If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other clauses in these terms and Conditions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable clause removed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
