Waterproofing

Interior systems manage water after it enters the basement. Exterior waterproofing keeps it out in the first place — which is why every insurance company, engineer, and honest contractor considers it the permanent solution. We excavate to the footing, remove old parging, apply a full-height rubberized membrane, add dimpled drainage board, and replace the weeping tile with a new sump tie-in. It’s a big job. It’s also the last time you’ll ever do it.
